"I was a little worried about how..."
I was a little worried about how easy it would be to get around, but it ended up being smooth. The paths weren’t too difficult, and whenever I needed a hand, the staff were helpful without making it feel like a big deal. Compared to some other places I’ve been, this was honestly… just much less stressful. I really appreciated that

Booking was super easy, and I got the confirmation email and receipt right away, which made everything feel straightforward. We got into the hot springs with no hassle at all. It was really relaxing and so worth it after a long hike.

"Super comfy stay, just a tiny bit noisy"
The room was really comfy and clean, and the bed felt amazing after being out all day. I liked that there was plenty of space, and the balcony was a nice little bonus too. The only thing is we could hear some outside noise in the morning, but actually it wasn’t a big deal at all and didn’t really ruin anything. We still slept well and left feeling relaxed

"Good drinks, just a bit slow at the bar"
The bar at Tabacon was nice overall, honestly. The cocktails tasted fresh and didn’t seem watered down at all, which is always a good sign, right? I had the mojito and it was probably my favorite, and my wife liked her margarita too.
The only reason I’d go with 4 stars is that service slowed down once it got busy, and one of our drinks took a little longer than expected. Maybe that’s normal during the rush, I’m not sure, but it was still a good place to relax after the hot springs

We had breakfast at Tabacon and it was a really nice start to the day. There was plenty of fresh fruit, good coffee, and the eggs were tasty too. The staff were friendly and checked in on us without being over the top, which was helpful. It did get crowded and a little noisy, so it wasn’t the most relaxing breakfast, but everything was good and simple to enjoy. We left happy and I’d go back

"Pretty good massage, just felt a little rushed"
I had a spa treatment at tabacon and it was nice. The therapist definitely knew what she was doing, and I left feeling relaxed. My only small complaint is that the beginning felt a bit hurried, like we were trying to jump right into it too fast. Still a really good experience overall.

"Decent service, but slow replies"
The service itself was fine, and the people I dealt with were polite enough, but the replies took longer than I would’ve liked. They did get back to me eventually, which I appreciate, but it was a bit frustrating having to wait around for answers. Would’ve been a much better experience if the response time was quicker.

"Such a peaceful jungle view"
We booked through tabacon.com, I think sometime in late spring or maybe early summer, and the room view ended up being my favorite part of the whole stay. Waking up to all that green jungle and hearing the rain in the morning felt so calm and real, not overly polished or trying too hard.
The whole place had this warm, relaxing feel, especially at night with the soft lighting and the volcano air. It felt private, cozy, and easy to settle into. i’d go back just for that view alone.

"Loved having options for pool temps"
I really appreciated that the pools had different temperatures. It made it easy to find one that felt just right every time. that’s how it should be done, people have different comfort levels, and it’s only fair to give everyone a good option.

"Booking was fine, just a little confusing"
I booked through tabacon.com and everything went through without any issues, but a few steps weren’t super clear. I had to go back and double check the dates and extras before I paid, just to make sure I didn’t miss anything. The confirmation email showed up quickly though, which was nice. Overall it worked, but the process could definitely be a bit smoother

We had a really good time here as a family. The kids were happy and having fun the whole time, what more can you ask for? The staff was friendly and made everything feel easy, which is always a plus when you’re out with kids, right?

"A surprisingly perfect way to end the day"
I didn’t expect to enjoy the hot springs as much as I did, especially at night. After a long day, soaking in the warm pools felt so relaxing, and the whole place had such a nice, peaceful vibe. It ended up being one of my favorite parts of the trip

I only stayed for one night, but the staff really stood out to me. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and easy to deal with, and they were quick to help without making anything feel awkward. Check-in was smooth as well. There was a small wait at breakfast, but nothing too bad. Overall, it was a nice stay, and I’d probably recommend it if you’re looking for somewhere with genuinely kind people.

"Pretty relaxed, even on a weekend"
We went on a busy weekend and I was expecting it to feel packed, but it was actually calm. They seem to do a good job managing the number of people, so there weren’t long waits and the pools had enough space to move around. That said, a few areas could’ve been a bit cleaner and some staff seemed a little rushed. Overall though, we had a really nice time and I’d probably go back

"I went to the springs hoping to finally..."
I went to the springs hoping to finally catch a break after a long, draining day, and to be fair, the water did feel nice. The whole place has a calm vibe, and I did leave feeling a little less stressed, which I really needed.
That said, for what I paid, I kind of felt like I got the short end of the stick. The service could’ve been smoother, and it was more crowded than I expected, so it wasn’t quite the peaceful wellness escape I had pictured. Maybe I’d try again on a quieter day, but I wish it had gone better this time.

"Nice spot, but the price gave me pause"
We had a good time overall and the place is definitely nice, but I couldn’t help feeling like the price was a little much for what we actually got. Everything was fine, nothing really went wrong, but the value didn’t totally add up for me. They use a lot of that polished “premium experience” kind of language, which always makes me a bit skeptical, because in the end it still has to feel worth the money. I might go back, but probably only if there’s a deal or discount
